flew 4 hours from LA to Chicago with this lady...i didn't speak to her until we landed...turns out she was the mom of a VP dude from Comedy Central...$#@&!!...in Ottawa, some customs bitch didn't want me to enter the country cuz of my brown skin (i'm joking)...she needed some working visa for me to perform in Canada...her surpervisor ok'd it only after she said:
"...so you think you're funny...you're some funny guy from the US.."
Geez!!

saturday afternoon, the club owner took us to this awesome
restaurant, Mekongs...then we went to the new Bill Maher movie, 'Religulous'...the tough thing about the weekend was the comics had to scramble between two clubs all weekend long...at one point, Mike Ward, featured at one club then rushed to the other club to headline...AND there was construction going on in the city.
performing all weekend:
Mike Ward-Gemini (Canada's emmy) award winning comic...was hounded for autographs...he is god in french canada..awesome comic.
Peter Ward-from Halifax...great young comic...look out for him to break out real soon.
Ron Josol-headliner all weekend long...performs all over the world...great writer and awesome performer.
