Weekend at Wigley's

July 9, 2011 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM shows...at Wigley's Bar and Grill in Abbotsford, BC, Canada.

...it was nice catching up with old friends, Lisa and Lyle.

...the owner of Wigley's Bar & Grill is a friend from high school and college...

...AND he insisted we stay at his beautiful home for the weekend...

The nice thing, when doing gigs with Gass, he likes going to concerts...he always has some connection to enjoy the concert from backstage...

...i was excited...who was it going to be this weekend...Matallica? Slayer? Steel Panther? Mark McGrath and Sugar Ray? (whom he all knows).

This weekend's concert was...New Kids on the Block and Back Street Boys......WTF?

his only connection this weekend was NKOTB and BSB??

as we waited by the loading area for his contact to give us our passes...we run into this...


the previous night BSB's AJ signed this girl's butt cheek and the next morning she had it tattooed !!

(don't worry, my wife OK'd this)

...i was more impressed that i was sitting in the arena that hosted game 7 of the stanley cup finals.

Pink Ribbon Tour 2008

Pink Ribbon tour teams up with comedy for cancer

I want everybody to know that there are comedians in Phoenix that have agreed to travel with us throughout the tour, They are willing to perform for the cause. These guys are great!!! and very selfless and they want to make a difference for this event. The reason this is so beneficial to the event is that instead of us standing around in 0ur pink fire gear next to the pink fire truck asking for money, we can now perform for people in each city and not only drive awareness for the fight against breast cancer but also raise money for costs and money to donate at the end of the event. They really rock!!!!!

Jeffrey Maxwell and Jimmy Earll are the two comics, they will be in touch with comics across America while we are on our journey. They will ask other performers in each city to help put on a show for the women and a few men who have breast cancer and whoever else wants to be apart of something very special. Please understand that these guys are going 

above and beyond what has been asked and they are true heroes for this event.
